Can someone please tell me what is protected by law in the above images?

However, it might not be a commercially viable photograph.

Who is the target audience? Where/ and when would this image be used?
How is this image going to be used for commercial purposes?

i think it is mostly because of lack of quality.

I agree with @daniellei4510  that these were most likely quality issues rather than IP issues. If you want more specific feedback, upload the full-sized images rather than these tiny thumbnails.

So these were rejected for IP violations? I think the moderator selected the wrong reason for rejection. As posted, these would have been rejected for quality/composition.
