rejected 'artifacts problem'

Question

I don't understand why this and similar other pictures got rejected, I haven't retouched it at all not even the colours. Getty Images accepted it without any problems and here- makes my move from Getty to Adobe quite difficult.
'excessive post-processing and/or noise, Excessive artifacts/noise can be caused by low light, bad camera settings, strong compression or excessive post-production'

First: Acceptance by one stock provider does not necessarily mean that a different provider accepts as that.

Second: It's a nice picture. but it is a difficult lightning condition. The shadows are too dark. If you lighten the shadows, you introduce artefacts. Your phone does not allow for a lot of tweaking and there may be some of the tweaking done either in-camera or of-camera.

Unfortunately, the problem is right throughout the image. This is a side effect of using smartphones.

Looking up close you can see the image being a bit 'blocky'. So, this is what the moderator will be refering to.

(However, Adobe do accept images from smartphones as long as there are no defects and other problems etc.)

The image may be good for a web page, but probably not much good for other purposes.
