Hi, people! I hope you're fine!
Well, on this time I added to Stock this images, but Adobe rejected them all.
Can you tell me why? Is because airports can't be added without a releases?
In these images there are no people

Thanks for your time everyone! Have a beauty day!

An IP release will be needed from the owners of the airport for commercial purposes for sure.

Whatever you submit to Stock must be legally free & clear for commercial use -- emphasis on commercial.   Imagine for a moment, your home/office or face appearing on a huge billboard or side of a bus without your written permission.  How would you feel about that?  Probably uncomfortable and exploited, yes?

That's why you must submit signed IP and model releases.  It's to protect Adobe's customers and you from possible legal action later.

Hope that helps.

Nancy, this is a very good way to see it, and I'd like to add... specific to airport pics...

Suppose I was going to open a new airport and wanted to advertise how great it is. I might have the great idea of showing pictures of other airports, and saying how "old fashioned", "uncomfortable" they are - or worse. Now, I might go on Adobe Stock and look for a picture of an airport. I find one, and license it for a few dollars. Now, Adobe promised me a license to use that in adverts - because the photographer promised Adobe ALL RIGHTS were granted.

So, the new airport can build a whole million dollar advert campaign, using these airport pics to say how terrible that old airport is. In fact, the old airport might feel this is not right. The old airport could sue the new airport. But they have all rights from Adobe! So Adobe are sued. But Adobe have all rights from the photographer! So the photographer can find himself sued by Adobe and by the old airport, because he falsely said he was selling ALL RIGHTS.

Adobe has many good lawyers who work hard to avoid the trouble and expense (and reputational damage) that comes with legal action, and their rules are set to reduce the chance of anyone suing anyone else. It's no good quoting the laws of any particular country, because the airport could sue in any country where the law suits them.

ANY recognisable indoor private place needs a release (unless every element is over 120 years old, not likely for an airport). Also all signs, indoor or out must be blanked out, without making the scene unrealistic or unbalanced. Also the plane has a brand logo painted on it.

As others have indicated, you need property and model releases for these images; however, I wouldn't bother trying to obtain them because the images will surely be rejected based on quality issues, in particular noise and soft focus.

Hi,

as mentioned before it seem to be in an Airport, so you need a Property Release. Then there are  very specific Furniture and Airplane parts that CAN be identifiable to certain brands. If you can get the Release you are good to go.

Before you submit, please review the submission guidelines carefully and compare your work with other Stock inventory.

First, the images could also be rejected for quality issues. Just an example, there are multiple:

Then on your first and 3rd picture there are people, but that would be asking for a model release.

Second, I doubt that the refusal is because it's an airport in general, but because there are multiple visual hints that let you identify the airport in the picture. Even if I was never there, a traveller from this airport (and the airport owner) would have no difficulties identifying the airport, like this:

You really need to read the legal requirements (When do I need a property release?), but also the quality requirements (especially artefacts, exposure, noise, …) before your next submission.

Did they get refused because of a missing release or Quality Problems?

If the airport can be identified, then you need a release. The photo of the Meeting Point sign will need a release.
