correction: I realise it actually is two photos, which is good. 

The idea is nice but the composition could be improved so the knee is not cropped. Also the use of two photos may not be acceptable, especially since there is half a shadow on both; a million dollar advert would expect better lighting. I have not zoomed in to look at technical detail.
