Rejected due to technical issue

Hi, I've recently uploaded this photo for approval but it got rejected due to technical reasons. Can anyone give me the technical reason for which it got rejected? And please advise me on how to correct it and get it approved.

Hi @Harsh Raj Kaushik ,

Your image is underexposed and grainy at 100% zoom. The shadow areas are too dark. Except you get a property release signed by the author and publisher of this book, Adobe will not accept it in stock.

Technicaly I do not see anything wrong but you will have problems with the book cover and copywright issues.
