Rejected due to technical issues

Your apple is out of focus. Even though your background is not one of the best, it would have been accepted if the subject was in focus. Customers would be able to crop it out and place it on their desired background.

I agree with @Nancy OShea .The wall is a distraction and you have lens distortion - barreling of the lens.

Read through the links, and also follow the links provided in the guide. There is quite a lot of information.

I think the wall is a distraction that doesn't add much to the image.  The apple without the wall behind it might make a better stock image.  That said, Adobe Stock's library already contains millions & millions of apples.
