hello @AdamoB838 , you definitely need to do some sharpening. I would also remove the disturbing twigs and unnatural rock on the left side. I would also soften the water.

The white balance do not seem correct. Also the picture has noise/grains. Those are in addition to being out of focus.

Unfortunately, focus on the eye of the bird is too soft. I can see from the effect of the splashing water that your shutter speed was perhaps too slow to capture a moving bird sharply.
