Rejected due to technical issues. But why???

These photos were recently rejected because of technical issues. Very discouraging as these are the only photos of mine they've reviewed to date.  (Note, these are the smaller versions that were in the rejection report):

The cropping of the Giraffe's head is also, in my opinion, too tight. An advertiser is much more likely to want the whole head for their own crop. You probably also want a shot where the head is not partially obscured by the giraffe's food. Advertisers make no allowance for how difficult or rare a shot was.

Hi @Ilze5D99 ,

We are unable to analyze this size. However, from what I can see, you seem to have white balance issue with the third and fourth images. They seem too blue. The second image background is too black. There might be more issues that will require zooming into larger copies of the originals.

Zoom in to 100% or more to find issues.

Best wishes

JG

Hello,

You need to upload a larger size - original quality is better in order to give more accurate advice. These samples are too small. However, think about colour balance. Don't add any special filter effect, this can be done by the individual. Keep to the original quality.
