Hi community,

I can't find the copyrighted element in this image. I looked at the keywords, nothing in there is copyrighted either (if you want I can post them...)
What did I miss? the shape of the camera? the flags? I'm clueless. thanks!!

The electric guitar in the third picture looks like a Fender Stratocaster, so it could be that. I had a similar illustration rejected in a similar way.

FİKRİ MÜLKİYETİN REDDİ (Turkish) = Refusal of Intellectual Property

There are many guitars with this shape on the market from different brands, but I guess since the design and patent of this guitar belongs to Fender, it is something that is protected.

Thanks so much for all your input! I will remove Kawaii and Smart Home, change up the guitar, and try again.
Thank you everybody!!!

SMART™ is registered and trademarked by some products and services.  Out of an overabundance of caution, Adobe is probably opting to stay away from it, which is understandable.

Hope that helps.

Cute avatars.

Ditch the text captions. They're not needed.

Global customers will add their own fonts, languages and text if required, after purchase.

Found this, but it's a stretch:

While the word "kawaii" itself is not trademarked, there are specific instances of the word being trademarked in connection with particular goods or services. For example, Justia dhows a trademark for "KAWAII" in relation to precious metals, jewelry, and timepieces. Another trademark is registered for "KAWAII" in relation to medical and dental instruments. It's important to remember that trademarks are specific to the goods or services listed in the application, not the word itself. So, while you can't trademark the word "cute" in general, you could trademark a specific brand name that uses the word "kawaii".
