I submitted four images and they all were rejected. They all were accepted on other stock sites. How do I tell if they have excessive noise or artifacts?

By looking, I suppose. Make sure you are checking your images at 100% size and not just viewing the whole image zoomed out.
You could always post one, two, or a few of your images in the Stock Contributor Critique forum and get advice from your fellow users.
