Rejected for image quality issues

I am a bit confused. This image was taken during a snow storm. The intent was to show that it was snowing while the snowplow was working.

You could adjust the white balance a bit. It has a very slight magenta cast.

Corrected example. It is a subtle change, but it can be enough for rejection.
