I've had images rejected for quality but never for IP infrigement.  Can any one see the IP reason for this. Since I do not want to get suspended, I'm holding off uploading till I know what I did wrong. PLEASE HELP!

And please count the fingers. It's some time ago, that I saw a six fingered girl... And you should also increase the quality. Check your asset at 100% and correct all the flaws that are in your pictures before uploading/resubmitting. Because would those assets not have rejected for that flagrant IP violation (as I said: Nike logo, at least), then they would have been rejected for quality.

The Nike logo was your IP error on the first one.

The Nike logo is definitely the IP issue; however, if that was missing these would still have been rejected for quality issues. The other non-sense words and logos, the teeth, the fingers...

how stupid of me to not see the logo. Thanks

not "stupid" - it's easy to overlook small details, which is why it's necessary to zoom in between 100-200% and scroll carefully through every area of the image.

Why did you include the Nike logo? You should remove that one very fast!

In general: remove anything that looks like a logo. That's bad for your assets, but you won't get suspended for that.

I suppose that is a matter of experience, like the 6-finger-hand. IP rejections is nearly always about small logos here and there. That happened to all of us. 🙂
