Rejected for non compliant content

This photo was rejected for non compliant content.  What does that mean.  I've just started using Adobe Stock and am trying to figure out what they want and don't want.  Thank you.

at Reasons for content rejection   "Your content doesn’t comply with our Terms of Use. This may be due to inappropriate or irrelevant keywords or image titles, or questionable or defamatory content. Please review our Terms carefully prior to submitting files." It probably has something to do with your metadata, cannot down load image and check.
