My Panorama was rejected for Quality issues. Looking for some tips! Thanks.

    You have as @Jill_C says blown out clouds. you could try to get there some structure bvack, depending on the original file format. If not, I would try sky replacement.

     

    You also made an editing error with the clouds:

      I'd get rid of the tower. But that's just me, maybe.

      In the upper part of the frame, the clouds are blown out, and there appear to be some artifacts in the darker clouds.
