Rejected for quality Reason

I'm starting with adobe stocks.

Could you help me to understand why this photo has been rejected for quality issue?

It has been shot with iphone 14 PRO.

The fram is underexposed and details are lost in the shadows.

When this image is printed the dark areas will print as black blotches.

I would like to center the building with equal left and right margins.

I will post in sRGB color mode.
The setting is "Display P3".
