This foto was rejected for quality reasons. I checked the guidelines and couldn't find any obvious quality issues. But agian I'm a bit new to this. Could you please help me out?

Loss of detail in the highlights and the shadows could have been opened up.

Just take a look at the histogram and the problem is obvious - the bright area is probably blown out, and the dark area has no detail. Composition could have been better. I would have edited out the bits of trash on the ground too.
