It is because of white balance, the hand should be more pinky, so Jacquelin has said, the overall cast of the image has a blue cast. You need to warm the image up by increasing your temp slider a bit and increasing the tint, so the hand is just a bit more flesh coloured.

There seem to be a white balance issue. The photo seem to be a bit blue, meaning it is too cool. Add a little more temperature, so that the white looks white. At 100% magnification you should be able to see better for the adjustment.
