Rejected for "Technical Issues"

I submitted a series of images over the weekend of a Trump-Train rally. Five were rejected and one is still is review (the one still in review doesn't have visible Trump flags all the ones rejected do).

I was wondering if someone could tell me why this image would be rejected for technical issues?

Hi @Studio101West ,

That's a nice shot. I like it. There are two main issues:

Excessive noise/grain

Technical issue - blue, green, purple color fringing on the edges, especially in the shadows.
