I'm new and not sure what the technical issues with this image might be.  Any constructive criticism is welcome!  Thanks.

When I look at it at 100%, it is not sharp at all, in fact, it is blurry enough that I can't tell what other problems the photo may have.

 

For stock photography, it needs to be tack sharp when viewed full size.
