Greetings to all. I uploaded a photo, but it was rejected for technical reasons. I would like to know more about the reasons. Thanks everyone for the reply.

Correct answer Jill_C

blurry, noisy, underexposed (except for the lights which are blown out), chromatic aberration, and either a ghost walked through or you did an inadequate job of cloning out a person.

Night shots are very challenging.

The street lights have halos and burned out areas.  While other areas are underexposed, with noise and missing details.

Thanks for the answer. This photo was taken, it also has street lights and they are also naturally overexposed. It's hard to do otherwise. The difference is that they are not so big and bright?

The colors are odd and unnatural.

Thanks for the answer, you are right, I saw it when I looked at the photo with a fresh look. As for the ghost, yes it was the person who passed, I did not notice. I don’t retouch so clumsily, because I work as a retoucher.
