Can you pleas ehelp me undertsanding why this image was rejected citing technical reasons?

In addition to the lack of sharp focus and the pixelation, there's an object in the upper right side of the image that should have been removed - a light fixture? or perhaps a drone?

    Yeah, probably that's a CCTV camera.

    Hello,

    The photo looks like it was taken from a smartphone. Photos taken with a smartphone (it doesn't matter which brand) don't enlarge very well. Your photo shows signs of pixelation  (JPEG compression artifacts when enlarged and zoomed in to 100% viewing, you can see them) as you have in this photo.

    Good enough for small screens and social media, but not enough for commercial use (generally speaking).

    Adobe Stock is for commercial use!
