Can someone explain me why this  image doesn't meet  quality standards? Thank you in advance!

    Examine images at 100% magnification. Your foreground is too blurry.

    Slanted horizon line for starters. The feet confused me at first, as this is a photograph that is commonly taken by people on vacations and every one of the dozens I’ve seen includes both feet of the photographer. But I understand what you were going for. Problem is, both feet are out of focus and they are the principal subjects.

    What were you trying to express with this photo?
    I think you need a composition and focus that align with your theme.
    While focusing on the feet is a common approach, the focus here is on the beach in the background.
    Also, I think it would be better if more of the feet were visible.
    Try to give some thought to the composition before you press the shutter.
