It's a nice idea but the cat has demon eye on one side and no eye on the other. It might get a few chuckles on social media but I could not use this commercially.
My guess is you're new to Stock photography. Adobe Stock customers expect natural images of highest visual and technical quality for commercial use. Read these links.

Keep in mind that Stock has millions & millions of perfect cat images. Competition is fierce. Before you submit, compare your work with current inventory.
