Rejected image for technical issues

To reiterate, your images are underexposed, there are problems with the colour temperature, with the buildings you've got converging lines - perspective issues, lightning issues with the sandwiches etc. These issues, unfortunately, can't be corrected with post-editing - not for Adobe Stock. To submit to Adobe Stock, you need to think more carefully about your subject material and general photographic technics.

Just to add; the white balance of your photos need correcting - they are too cool.

As was highlighted they are too dark. That is due to low exposure.

For graffiti, I believe you need to get a property release filled out and signed by the owner, or caretaker of the building. Otherwise you remove them from the image with an editor.  Here are more details about when property release is required.

Other than the photo with the graffiti on the wall, the other images are too small for proper analysis.

The ideas of the pictures are good. 
The implementation is not quite perfect. 
So the colors could be brighter. I would also remove distracting objects from the pictures. 
For example, the electricity pylons in the middle of the last picture or the kitchen utensils in the picture with the bread.
 Each picture should have a clear statement of what it wants to express.
 It is not always obvious. 
Finally, the pictures are not sharp.
 So a lot of room for improvement.
