The metal parts of the stethoscope display chromatic aberration. The button is misplaced. The pocket is messed up. The scarf has blurry artifacts. Her skin texture is much too smooth.

Besides the issues pointed out by @daniellei4510 , you should upload the image as submitted here, not a downsized copy. Errors are visible at 100%, and I suspect more than one quality error, like a

white outline around some objects or lacking sharpness, or aliasing.

 

You should always look at things that tend to be perfect geometries, like this button. Generative AI has no clue about what that is, so they introdure them at more or less random places and with weird geometries. As @daniellei4510 siggests, I would simply edit out the button. Below the button is a kind of patch that also does not make much sense.
