I like your composition, however it seem you did no form of post processing. Your files are extremely noisy, and under exposed.

First file has a purple blue cast, a white balance issue. The building of the second needs to be straightened upright. The highlights of the sun is too high, while the shadows in the forefront are a bit too dark.

The first one: horizon not straight and noise. The second one, horizon not straight, noise, sunspots, scratches and ane IP violation with the car.

In your first image, there is noise in the sky:

The sky appears 'grainy'.

Second with the sun - it is burnt out so you get a white blob! Exposure problems.

Ignore the orienttion of pic#1!  (no idea why that happened)
