Good morning, I'm still new here and I recently uploaded this photo, but it was turned down, Can anyone tell me what the problem is with the picture since adobe doesn't give great details for the refusal besides technical issues?

Mostly, from my expierience, it is a focus problem. Nothing is sharp. Also, I feel the shadows need to be lightened up.

It looks strange when you zoom in. The details seem sharpened, but it's not well focused. I would retouch the power lines.
