can you help me to figure out why my photo was rejected

They were rejected because of quality issues, and that is what you should tell us when posting here.
Your first (without saving and loading into Photoshop):
The white balance is off and contrast is missing.
The second: High saturation and artefacts.
The horizon is not level, but that only slightly. You have noise and the colours have that painterly look of over processed phone pictures.
