Rejected photo - first post

First time asking for feedback.  I have read the suggested posts regarding common “Quality Issues.”  I reduced the size of the photo to 75% to make it fit the upload limit, but original was 5184x3456 (14.8MB).  I realize I should have cropped out the leaning sign post on the left.  Any other feedback on why it got rejected for Quality Issues?  Thanks much.

Whatever you submit to Stock has to be 100% legal for commercial use. If you don’t own the property, buildings, decor, etc… you will be asked to submit signed Property Release forms from the owner(s). Otherwise, you could be flagged for IP/Privacy violation.

Although there may be multiple reasons for rejection, Stock lists only one refusal reason per submission.  If you decide to resubmit under a different filename later, get all your ducks in a row first. You get only two bites at the apple, or run the risk of being flagged for submission spamming.

    Hope that helps.

I’m in agreement with @yamato713108855. It wouldn’t diminish the image at all to remove both signs. But I also would have like to have seen the entire Adirondack chair on the right, so it’s a bit too tightly cropped.

    It's a little dark.

The building is shifted to the right, leaving space on the left.
    Please adjust by cropping.

If there is text on the sign, it will be rejected due to an IP issue.
Please remove it using Photoshop before submitting.

Remove cut off object left and right. Also, there appear to be artifacts around the roof and trees.
