I guess that all photos with blurry background are automaticly rejected? this is a sample of some of rejected photos, is there a way to appeal or something?

FLOWERS: There's too much competing inventory in this keyword. Stock already contains millions & millions & millions of perfect flowers in every species, size, shape & color.

To succeed at Stock, find subjects that have fewer submissions & compare your best work with current inventory.

Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in commercial projects.

Hope that helps.

Hi @gabymejias04 ,

Too much of your subject is out of focus. You needed to apply more depth to take in all the subject.

For the second picture you needed to zoom in more on the lower flower or apply more depth to include the second flower.

There's no appeal at Adobe.

Photos are accepted with bokeh if the subject is completely in focus. The subject must be able to crop out of its background.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

They are both soft and 8023 is poorly cropped. And no, you can't appeal. You upload rejections here and try to improve rejections as the result of our suggestions and recommendations for improvement.

Focus:

and

You can't appeal the decision.

The rejection is also not about having a blurry background but the flower itself being out of focus.

A greater depth of field is needed.

Is more about pixel peapping then, because the second image is about the far flower, the main flower is in focus, and the first example is way deep in the orchid.

Images with a very limited DOF are often rejected. The orchid should have been completely in focus, not just a few petals. This isn't pixel peeping.
