Rejected photos

Hello Community! some of my photos were rejected for "technical issues" and I would like to know what specific issues are to be able to learn from my mistakes. These are 3 of these photos, I would really appreciate your help!

The tiger is not sharp, is overexposed, is missing contrast and has colour noise.

The waterfall is at least overexposed and is missing contrast.

The shells are also overexposed and are missing contrast. There has also been introduced a weird out of focus effect to the left of the picture with visible artifacts.

Hello,

The image quality is not very good. When you enlarged the photo the pixels show up more:

It's the same with the other photos.
