Rejected photos

Hi all, first time on here. This, and a couple of very similar images, have been rejected from a larger group all taken with the same lens under the same conditions. A brief opinion on why you think that might be would be greatly appreciated. I have had a look at the Adobe guidance but clearly I need to finesse something.

As @RALPH_L and @Abambo indicated it is quite noisy. Probably taken in low light or with high ISO. Additionally, I think the composition is lacking. You have cropped off a good portion of the bloom itself, choosing instead to include a noisy background.

    The photo is too noisy and is not focused well.

    There is noise and colour noise in the picture:

    The histogram is very strange, but confirms that the picture is missing contrast.

    I'm seeing countless artefacts:
