Rejected picture: Quality issues.

There is inconsistency. I have had pleny of photos accepted, similar photos rejected.  What is your opinion of this photo rejected on technical grounds.

Not well composed, perhaps over saturated, artifacts in the sky and a big sensor spot also.

This is a clear rejection. A sensor spot and colour banding and a dozen of other issues.

If you have had similar assets accepted, they were accepted by error.
