Hi @Alaska Dawn 907 ,

The crop is not clean and not smooth. The image seem to have noise grains.

The second file is similar. You should not submit similar files. Each file must present something new to the customer.

The third file is noisy - both grain noise and color noise. The edge is soft. Focus could be sharper. You will notice the multicolor at the edge of the pumpkin.

You need to zoom into you subject to see flaw and correct them before submitting.

Best wishes

When doing such cut-outs, you need to work very precisely. One trick I use, is to add the stroke effect to check if my cutout work is clean:

This will get a line around everything in your picture and lets you see even the slightest leftover.

You can so easily do your clean-up work, for the final save you switch off the line effect…

You also need to check carefully your edges. This one here does not look right:

The corners here need to be hard corners:

You still have here background in the picture.

Cut-outs are hard work. But done correctly, you can get nice pictures, especially as you can upload now PNG files. However, you still have to arrange your assets for the picture, to get into story-telling. If you want to do seasoned themes, post them 6-3 months before the event. So, you should take now high-quality pictures, and you will have 8 months for the hard cut-out work.

Thank you for being specific. That helps a lot! Would a higher dpi better?
I usually save as 300dpi, but maybe 400 dpi would help subject to not be
blurry or no noise. I take photos with iPad Pro.
Take a look at this rejected one what’s wrong with this one?

The dpi value is completly irrelevant here. In short: dpi (you're probably talking about ppi) is a parameter, that confuses people. In photography, you can ignore this. Photos are defined by pixels, the dpi is used only, when you print your image and gives a hint on the dot density. Dots are different from pixels, but related.

The ppi value does not make out of focus pictures sharp, and pictures with one ppi can be crisp sharp and 1000 ppi pictures can be completly blurred.

The iPad is in my view not a good camera for this type of photography. It may produce acceptable images, but IMHO, you will experience more refusals than with a decent DSLR or mirrorless camera.

BTW: you should change your screen name to something different as your e-mail. You are vulnerable to scammers like this, who contact you as Adobe, but really only want your cash or sending virus data. Your screen name can be changed here: https://account.adobe.com/profile.

Nice idea (though a little late - businesses finished preparing their hallowe'en promotions a while ago).

1. Adobe tell you not to submit different sizes of the same picture.

2. The cutout is not clean.
