Rejected vector file for technical reasons.

Rejection message:

The file contains one or more of the following issues.

A vector file contains a raster/bitmap, vector files must not contain raster elements.
Too high a reproduction ratio was viewed for a JPEG file, so there are problems with the textures in the file.
The resolution of the JPEG file must be at least 5000 X 3000 (15 million pixels)
When exporting a vector file to JPEG, anti-aliasing is not used, so there are problems with lines in the JPEG file.

I've always saved my preview file the same and there was never any technical issues before. I'm really not sure what's wrong with my submission. I can tell that I 100% don't have raster elements in the file. Could the issue be in the preview file?

I'd really appreciate y'all's help. Thank you.

Preview file is in the attacmpents.

Correct answer Abambo

I have only illustrator for vector files. And saving jpg like in instruction Adobe wrote--via save for web. I'm not sure what other software can interfere with this process.

The file looks perfect, I can understand your astonishment.

My only guess (shot in the dark) is that the handle may trigger an IP violation.

But that you can say when you get one.

Check again all parameters and if you do not find anything, resubmit.

If you get an IP refusal, change the handle. If you get again a technical issue-refusal, contact contributor support.

Which vector file type did you submit -- AI, EPS or SVG?
