Rejected video questions

Hello,

Just wondering if someone could look at my screenshots supplied and explain more exactly as to what the problem is with this video clip so i can learn more to avoid future submission rejections, thanks.

I'm just a bit confused as to why this clip got rejected and not the others, as part of a sequence, that were shot with the same camera, lens, lighting, settings and editing adjustments.

It's not easy to see what the problem is when you get a generic reply covering all sorts of possibilities and not saying exactly what the problem is.

Anyway, many thanks and Cheers to you!

Tony

All refusals are generic, and do not address the exact problem. witing an explicit refusal would take too long and take too much resources. You need only to give the refusal's header, which in this case is qauality issue. Your white balance is wrong. Your light is too cool (blueish).

I opened it in Premiere and only one thing stood out to me, being that two of the frames at 1:09 and 1:10 are idential to each other.
