I submitted this AI generated photo, checked AI generated content, fictional people & places. Where did I go wrong

Mishappen buttons will get you a rejection every time. They are probably the first things moderators look at when they get an image that includes a shirt, because AI gets them wrong every time. And the hands could stand some improvement.
