Rejection made due to Technical issue

Hi Can someone explain to me why my image is rejected. Rejection reason is techical issue.Thank You

I think focus is not the main issue. Here the sky is noisy and the shadows are underexposed. Yes the text must go!

4. I think that the text is not needed on the photo. The designer will put any text he wants
