White balance is too blue, and shadows need to be lightened. Additionally, all of the signs and people would have to be removed; otherwise you need to provide property releases and model releases for them.

Your photo is underexposed, details are lost in the shadows. There is color fringing on the edge of the building and the spots in the sky.
