Sometimes the work is rejected. gave reasons that were wrong and inconsistent with the truth

This topic has been closed for replies.
Correct answer Abambo

What “wrong and inconsistent with the truth” reason was given? Quality issues, I guess.

Seen at 100%. As a potential buyer, I would have returned this immediately:

And no, it's not artistic freedom.

The image looks very nice...until viewed at 100%, where the fine details are no longer fine.

Why do you think that? As moderators might err and give the wrong answer, it is possibly very rare. Sometimes work is accepted and shouldn't. That's the problem with human moderators.

If you feel that the reason given to you is mistaken, post the asset here as submitted and tell us the rejection reason (only the header, the text is not interesting and may be sometimes misleading).

Judging by the radio silence, I presume this is 'unicorn theory.'

That's nice. 🙂

Provide an example.

Post 1 rejected, full-size image along with the rejection reason.

That can happen. But, usually the refusal is warrented even if the reason given was incorrect.

Like @George_F  said, upload an example, in original, so that we can review it.

If you'd like a different perspective on some rejected photos, feel free to post a few for a peer review here in the forum.  We're always happy to offer some feedback.

There is a learning curve for Stock, even for the most seasoned of photographers.  You'll also find that different stock agencies accept different assets based on the needs of their client and general use of the platform.  Over time you'll get a better understanding of what Adobe is looking for.

Cheers!
