Hey Folks, Recently I've and creating digital art from my original photo image and having rejection issues. Could I get some suggestions on how to get better results? Thanks Tom

You should submit the photo if that meets the quality requirements. Probably everyone can apply the filters they need to get an effect similar to this if desired.
