Question

Rejection vector illustration for unclear reason

Illustation was rejected for “Refusal due to intellectual property rights” reason.
And it’s not clear: what is intellectual property rights violation in this images?

How to fix it?

Many thanks

    Hey @paul60542822

This doesn’t have anything to do with intellectual property rights. Just an observation of the 2nd image.

consider removing the stars and the other bits. The green/ natural idea is a great idea… just my eye is being pulled away from the main concept

    Cheers

Hm, now that you mention the stars, the rejection for intellectual property might be related to them, since Anthropic uses a similar logo.

I also noticed that in the first image, the guitar strap goes around the musician’s shoulder but isn’t attached to the guitar. It’s just a small detail, but it could lead to a rejection for quality issues.

Is the other one also rejected? Could be the word ‘Meta’ … 😐

Fender owns the rights to that particular shape of guitar.

    Thanks!
Looks like this is really the reason

    I’ll try to figure out

The musical instruments might resemble registered real models.

In the second image, the issue might be the UI or the friendly chatbot icon.

Maybe if you remove the jack (where the amplifier cable plugs in), along with the buttons, and make the instrument bodies more generic for both the bass and guitar, it could help resolve the intellectual property issue.
