Both versions of the same image have focus problems. Flower petals are blurry.

Before submitting, always compare your work with current Stock inventory.

1. The flower keyword is rife with other competition, 29 million.

2. In such a competitive keyword, yours must be extra special & technically perfect to be accepted.

3. If yours isn't as good or better than what Stock has, don't submit.  This will help reduce your rejection rate.

Hi @jfcjlc ,

I believe you needed to clean the camera lens. Spots that appears to be tiny water droplets dried on the surface of the glass might be the grainy appearance resembling noise. The spots are on both files.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

IMHO: Those are particles in the water.

Was your 75% approval rate with pictures like this? Then you were lucky, as even 5 years ago, when I started submitting, the flowers section was saturated and pictures needed to be perfect and to have a wow factor, for getting them added to the database.

I don't see both conditions  with your assets.

Yes I've had many flower images accepted (100+) which I'm sure would not be accepted today.  This attachment is an example. Thanks for the comments

The attachment is a good example in terms of good quality. Have you actually sold many of those 100 floral uploads?

In both images, the shadows are underexposed, and none of the flowers are completely in sharp focus. The depth of field is too shallow.
