Hello everyone.

This image was recently reject.

I didn't use an AI to generate it. I used an independent photo conversion program to get this drawn look.
Do you think this photo does not fit the general guidelines?
If so, why do you think it was rejected.
Thank you for spending a little time on my request which will allow me to do better next time.
