Rejections

It's a compositional issue for me, assuming you don't need property release. I need to see more of the wall. The circle smack in the center with the strong vertical lines chop up the image. But let's say that's just me. I would still remove the security cam and the small leaves creeping into the frame on the left and right. And there's some haze on the top left that lacks detail.

Shadows are too dark and like @Jill_C said, you will probably need a release. 

Is it a photograph or is it AI? If it's a photograph, you'd probably need a property release for that artwork.
