Rejections of cityscapes

Hi all,

I'm a bit confused about the IP rights violation rejections I've gotten of general cityscape photos (not scrubbed for logo removal). I have, in the past, submitted such photos with no issues.

My understanding was that cityscapes, which do not focus on any logos in particular but logos are included in the general cityscape images, per the Adobe IP guidelines was acceptable:
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/reasons-for-content-rejection.html#Intellectualpropertyrefusal
"Architecture and buildings
Modern architecture with unique building structures requires a release when it's the main focus of the image. However, depending on the specific situation, city vistas, skylines, or close-ups may be fine"

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/property-release.html

"But in general, you may not need a release if objects aren’t identifiable and they’re just part of the overall scene." - that is the case with my photos
Am I wrong? Do I need to scrub out every logo in a vast cityscape? (I realize that I can't submit these as Editorial as with most other agencies)

We need to see the rejected image to render comments.

If any of the buildings have a trademark logo, that's absolutely got to go. Because people don't have the right to use other company's trademarks in their own advertising.  You can't give those rights, so Adobe can't accept such images.
