Rejeitado por problemas técnicos

Apenas diz que foi rejeitado por problemas técnicos, mas não fala qual é. Afinal as minhas fotos correspondem aos requisitos estabelecidos, sejam: 

  • Envie imagens no formato JPEG.
  • Use um espaço de cores sRGB.
  • Resolução mínima da imagem: 4 MP (megapixels).
  • Resolução máxima da imagem: 100 MP (megapixels).
  • Tamanho máximo do arquivo: 45 MB (megabytes).
  • Sem marcas-d'água ou carimbos de data e hora.
  • Não aumente a resolução de seus arquivos. Envie o tamanho de arquivo máximo que sua câmera pode produzir

 

Gostaria de entender por qual razão está sendo rejeitado.

It also must be an excellent professional quality picture with flawless composition, suitable for a million dollar advert. After all, I could take an out of focus picture of my thumb, or with the lens cap on, and still pass the short list you copied. If you'd like comments, please share your original picture.
