Hello!

I'm working with EasyRelease app for preparing releases for stock websites, and Adobe stock does not accepts my release.

What is a problem with it?

I am a model and I am also a photographer too.

You've obscured the signatures but it looks like the signatures of the model and witness are identical.

Yes, the photographer can be the model.

The releases I used to submit and had accepted included a photo related to the actual event in question. For example, this references "Cleaning Home," but that is not the actual photo you included. Maybe that is the reason? Everything else looks correct to me.
