Hi, is it necessory to have a release for the image of recognizable property if it is generated by Ai?

If by recognizable property you mean well-known landmarks, buildings, statues, etc., then you shouldn't be submitting such images at all. For example, if it's an AI generated image of the Sydney Opera House, you can't call it that since it's not an exact replica of the Sydney Opera House.
