Release for in game phtography
I wanted to know, do I need to create a release form for people which are in games, for example, i have a picture that is including a person's face taken in GTA V. Also for the buildings?

The entire screen grab, including a person's face, would be an IP violation. It is unlikely that GTA will give you a release to sell images with their IP.
